Terms & Conditions for the Spring Offers Promotion

Usual Garage Wizards terms and conditions apply, but include the following for the Spring Offers marketing campaign.

The Spring Offers promotion is inclusive of combination packages but may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

The Spring Offers promotion is not available online. All eligible orders must be placed verbally or in writing. All orders of this nature placed by the Buyer shall be deemed to constitute an offer by the Buyer to enter into a contract on these conditions. The acceptance of this offer shall be by Dura Ltd fulfilling the order.

All orders within the Spring Offers campaign must be placed before Friday 11th April 2008 to qualify for the promotion.

To be eligible for the Spring Offers promotion, the purchaser must spend over £1000, £2000 or £3000 on Garage Wizards products. This is not inclusive of carriage charges and excludes any installation charge.

If the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase for any reason, it may be sent back for a full refund. The product must be returned undamaged and unused with its original packaging within 7 days. The customer’s statutory rights are not affected. All items received in the Spring Offers promotion must be returned.
I.e.
• £100 worth of Garage Wizards products given free with a £1000 purchase
• £250 worth of Garage Wizards products given free with a £2000 purchase
• £400 worth of Garage Wizards products given free with a £3000 purchase
